Your Surgery - Scheduling Your Surgery

Step 1

- If you have already had a consultation, personally at Ruston Clinic or via Online Evaluation: contact the clinic by telephone at 55 (11) 3031-1221, Monday to Friday from 10am to 6 pm (Brazilian time), or via email info@rustonclinic.com (anytime) and ask about availability on the date you prefer (on average surgeries are scheduled one month in advance as we perform only one surgery per day).

- If you still have not had a consultation at the clinic, nor sent your photographs and data via Online Evaluation, you should schedule a consultation via the same telephone number or email address above, or send your Online Evaluation, and await our response with your evaluation within 24-72 hours.

Step 2 – Reservation Fee

Should your preferred date for surgery be available, we request a deposit to reserve that date for your surgery. We will confirm the date for your surgery only upon payment of this fee. This deposit, US$ 1,000.00 should be made within 48 hours of reserving a specific date. After this period, if the deposit has not been made, the date is opened again for other patients to choose.

The US$ 1,000.00 deposit is discounted from the total cost of your surgery. This payment may be made in cash at the clinic or via credit card, VISA (see form).

This payment policy is necessary as we perform only one surgery per day. Therefore, nine professionals and a special operating room are at your disposal on the day of surgery. If the patient does not appear on the day of surgery, Ruston Clinic is responsible for these costs, and also loses a day of surgery that could have been made available to another patient.

As soon as payment of the reservation fee is made, your surgery is confirmed.

Payment for the Total Cost (Balance Due)

The balance due must be paid by one week prior to your surgery. This payment may be made personally, in cash, or via credit card VISA.

On the day of surgery, the hospital will not receive payments referring to Ruston Clinic.

Payment of Hospital Fees

This payment is made on the day of surgery directly to the Hospital at their reception. This amount may be paid to Ruston Clinic in advance together with fees for surgery to facilitate admission on the day of surgery.
